Membership Includes: Monthly Office Visits: Regular check-ins to track your progress and make necessary adjustments. Health & Accountability Coaching: One-on-one support to keep you motivated and on track. Personalized Meal Plans: Tailored nutrition plans to suit your lifestyle and preferences. Personalized Workout Programs: Customized exercise recommendations to complement and optimize your weight loss journey. Lab Work and Monitoring: Comprehensive lab tests and ongoing monitoring to ensure your health and progress. Our weight loss plans are tailored to your individual needs and may include: • Medications: GLP-1, GIP/GLP-1 Agonists (Wegovy or Tirzepatide) • Peptides and Supplements: Promote metabolic improvement, combat insulin resistance, and decrease cravings.
Cancellation Policy
Weight Loss Management Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking Policy: • A $50 fee is required to hold your appointment at the time of booking. • This fee will be applied to your first month’s membership if you elect to start the program. Reschedule Requests and Cancellations: • Reschedule requests and cancellations must occur at least 24 hours in advance. • If reschedule requests or cancellations are made less than 24 hours in advance, a $50 fee will be assessed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy to ensure smooth and effective scheduling for all clients.
